MMB/Anthropology and Archaeology: PGR Research Workshop on Migration, Borders and Justice

Wednesday 4 June at 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

If you would like to attend, please register on the MS Forms page.

Think of it as an academic ideas lab—quick, focused, and conversational.

This workshop invites PGRs to ‘pitch’ their research, challenge, argument or even a crazy and creative research idea, briefly and boldly. In a supportive setting with two senior scholars, Professor Miriam Ticktin and Professor Bridget Anderson, each presenter will have three minutes to share their ideas with the group, followed by a ten-minute open discussion.

Whether you want to share your pitch or simply join the discussion, all are welcome to take part in this collaborative space for exchange and feedback.

More on how to ‘squeeze’ your ideas into three minutes:  https://threeminutethesis.uq.edu.au/home
